No product displayed on this website and offered for sale by SinterFire will be knowingly transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such product. Please be advised that State and local laws vary widely regarding the use of certain firearms, ammunition, accessories, and shipping and transportation of the same. Certain portions of this policy may not apply to qualified law enforcement officials and members of the military in some jurisdictions.

SinterFire is not responsible for the use or inability to use any of the products offered, nor for the suitability of use for any particular task or any claims stated in our materials regarding how these products function or work. Neither is SinterFire responsible for any damages loss of any kind arising from the misuse of our products, nor for physical harm caused by our products to anyone.

Customers Between 18 and 21 Years of Age

Federal regulations limit the sale of ammunition to persons 18 years of age and older. Customers between 18 and 21 years of age are limited to purchases of rifle and shotgun ammunition only. SinterFire will not ship handgun or other prohibited ammunition to customers between 18 and 21 under any circumstance.

Customer Affidavit

When purchasing SinterFire products, the customer will be asked to signify agreement with certain statements and terms of sale. These agreements are SinterFire’s attempt to verify that the customer has researched and is aware of all applicable laws and regulations in his or her jurisdiction pertaining to SinterFire products. The customer will be asked to verify that he or she meets the legal purchasing age, and that the customer is not criminally disabled from possession of SinterFire products. To this end, the customer will be asked to verify statements including that he or she is not under indictment, has never been convicted of a crime disqualifying them from possessing or acquiring firearms and ammunition, and that he or she does is not an illegal drug user. The customer must also be prepared to verify the status of his or her citizenship, Armed Forces service, and mental health.

Shipping Destination Restrictions

SinterFire does not ship outside the United States or to Alaska, Hawaii, Chicago, Washington, D.C. or any other area within the United States where SinterFire is prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship its products. For states such as Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, SinterFire will only ship to qualified customers holding the necessary state and federal licenses. The customer understands that if he or she attempts to have SinterFire product shipped to restricted areas, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be subject to paying a cancellation fee as described below.

Order Cancellation by Customers

SinterFire desires to provide customers with excellent service, which includes very prompt shipment of orders. SinterFire’s system is 100% automated such that the moment a customer places an order, the system begins preparing the product to ship at the earliest possible time (typically the same day or next business day). Because the system is 100% automated and because an order will ship so quickly, orders may not be cancelled by customers once submitted.

Termination of Service and Order Cancellation by SinterFire

SinterFire reserves the option to cancel any orders where the purchaser has not abided by these Terms and Conditions. In the event that SinterFire chooses to cancel an order, the customer will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase less a $25.00 cancellation fee or 5% of the total purchase amount, whichever is greater. SinterFire does not like cancelling orders, but sometimes is obligated to do so where a customer has not adhered to these Terms and Conditions. When this happens, SinterFire incurs various costs ranging from credit card processing fees to chargeback fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that he or she fully understands and complies with these Terms and Conditions. SinterFire, in its sole discretion, has the right to delete or deactivate a customer’s account, block his or her email or IP address or otherwise terminate access to the SinterFire website (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice and without limitation, if SinterFire believes that a customer has violated the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Further, Sinterfire shall not be liable to the customer or any Third Party for any termination of the customer’s access to the SinterFire website.
