The Product

SinterFire^® designs and manufacturers all of its ammunition components in house which gives us complete control of all products and operations. The primary material used by SinterFire^® is copper and tin with a proprietary lubricant. The benefits of the retained lubricant are:

- Increased Velocity at reduced pressure
- Reduced Bore Fouling
- Increased Barrel Life
- Easy Bore Clean Up

All materials are pure, virgin, and certified. Our components do not include any jacketing or plating materials. Performance characteristics of the projectiles are calculated using the SinterFire® database. Proven combinations provide consistent and repeatable results during production of small or large quantities. Accuracy, function, reliability, frangibility, fragmentation, ballistic matching, appearance and attention to detail are all very important.
